Multiple estimators can estimate the same project and arrive at the same number in different ways. Recognizing that estimating is unique to each estimator’s process we developed a system that is easy to use, understand, and customize. This allows the estimator to define his own structure and easily build or import a database that fits the process.

The Eclare estimating system was designed for residential and light commercial builders. It interfaces directly with our Gemini accounting program to load budgets and purchase order detail and offers seamless integration with digitizer take-off systems like the Prosoft DigiWIN system.

The open architectural program structure allows a user to quickly customize the included database and/or create a new database structure by interfacing with spreadsheets and vendor supplied product data.
