Draftsman & Architect work closely together to ensure all designs have Rhythm, Scale & Proportion. All CMS plan designs are reviewed by our on-site Architect. Our Architect identifies the structural components required to build each house. Pending the complexity of your home(s) we will work directly with your TRUSS company to understand exactly how your roof system will be built. We will also work with engineers if the design calls for "creative" solutions. Site visits by our architect can also be made if county inspectors need a specific framing condition approved.
