to ensure accuracy, manage your bank draws, obtain county permits and assist in the scheduling
of the build.
Our estimators can do a complete material take-off and work with your vendors to obtain
proper unit costs. We can generate purchase orders based on the take-off quantities and their
corresponding prices.
Allowance amounts determined by you will also be included within the PO book.
Upon completion of the PO book, you can begin scheduling the construction of the job. We make site
visits to new models we have estimated to ensure our calculations match actual construction. As variances arise, our databases are updated accordingly.
If that's not enough, you can use one of our "Floating Offices" as needed to schedule your jobs, code bills
or hold a meeting.
